How it works

Three steps. Then it's yours.

No black boxes. No 12-month lock-ins. You see exactly how the agent is built, where it lives, and what it doesbecause in three months we want you running it without us.

01

Scope the right first agent

30-minute commercial conversation. We map your stack, your data, and the one job most worth automating first. You walk away with a one-page brief, go or no-go.

02

Build inside your stack

Two weeks. We architect the agent, connect it to your tools, train it on your data, and ship it to your environment. Your team shadows the build, by week two they understand it.

03

Hand it over and stay on tap

Monthly senior-strategist check-ins. We refine the playbook, add capability, and tell you when it's time to build the next agent. You own everything, code, data, workflow.

The agent library

Five agents. Pick where to start.

Each agent is a discrete, ownable unit of marketing labour. Most clients start with one and grow from there. We'll tell you which one to build first based on where the leverage is.

01

SEO agent

Researches keywords, writes ranking content in your brand voice, optimises on-page, ships schema and internal links. Plugged into your CMS, watched by a senior strategist.

, Most popular first agent
02

Google Ads agent

Manages bids, query-level optimisation, ad copy variants and negative keyword work across Search and Performance Max. Reports in CPA and ROAS, not impressions.

, Performance-led
03

Social Ads agent

Generates creative variants nightly across Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn. Tests audiences, paces budgets to CAC, surfaces the winning hook week after week.

, Creative + media
04

Lead-qualification agent

Scores every inbound lead, drafts the first reply in your tone, routes to the right person. Lives in HubSpot, Pipedrive or a Sheet.

, Highest ROI for B2B
05

Reporting agent

Pulls GA4, GSC, Ads, Shopify each week. Writes one paragraph per channel in plain English. Flags what changed and what to do.

, Replaces dashboard fatigue
06

Review & reputation agent

Monitors Google, Trustpilot, ProductReview. Drafts on-brand responses for your approval. Surfaces patterns worth acting on.

, Local + multi-location
07

Competitor-watch agent

Tracks rivals' rankings, ad creative, pricing and positioning. Weekly diff in your inbox, what changed, what it means.

, Strategic intel layer
08

Content agent

Long-form posts, landing pages, email and social copy in your brand voice. Brief in, draft out, straight to your CMS for review.

, Pairs with SEO agent
+

Custom agent

If your business has a job worth automating that's not on this list, we'll scope it. Most are smaller than people think.

, Bespoke build
Inside the agent

Drafts arrive ready for review. Not for rewrites.

Every output goes through a brand-voice pass, an SEO pass, and an editorial pass before it touches your inbox. By month three, your team is approving, not rewriting.

Built on your style guide, your tone of voice, your past content. Not a generic GPT prompt.

Weekly brief

One paragraph per channel. No more dashboards.

Monday morning, your reporting agent has read GA4, GSC, Google Ads, Meta and Shopify. It writes the brief in plain English, what moved, what didn't, what to do this week.

Same format every week. Skim it in 90 seconds. Forward it to your board.

Why you own it

Your agent. Your data. Your workflow.

If AI agents become the unit of marketing labour, and we think they will, the businesses that own their agents compound an advantage every quarter. Renting the capability forever doesn't build the moat.

01 · Portable

Lives in your stack

Built in your tools, your environment, your accounts. If we ever part ways, the agent stays. No data migration. No black box.

02 · Auditable

Every step visible

You see what the agent does, why it does it, and what it costs to run. Transparent prompts, transparent logs, transparent bills.

03 · Engineered

Zib-built, not off-the-shelf

Our agents run on Zib's own framework, built over years of commercial work, not a generic prompt-wrapper. You get the depth of our R&D inside your stack, refined every month as the space moves.

Before you book

Honest about who this works for.

AI Partner is high-trust, mid-touch. Not every business is ready for it, and that's fine. Read both columns honestly before booking.

This is for you

  • You run a real business with real data, real tools, and a workflow worth automating.
  • You want to own the capability in three years, not keep renting it.
  • You can spare 60 minutes a month with a senior operator.
  • You report in commercial outcomes, leads, sales, ROAS, CAC.
  • You believe AI is a ten-year shift, not a six-month trend.

×This isn't for you

  • You want it run for you, never thinking about it. See Managed AI instead.
  • You're pre-product-market-fit, with no data to point an agent at.
  • You want results next week. Agents take two weeks to build, longer to compound.
  • You can't share access to your stack. Agents live inside your tools.
  • You're shopping on price. The cheapest agent is the one you don't use.

FAQ

Common questions, straight answers.

Who actually owns the agent and the data?

You do. We build the agent inside your accounts (your OpenAI/Anthropic, your CMS, your CRM, your Sheets). All prompts, code and logs live in your environment. If we part ways, the agent keeps running, there's nothing for us to take back.

How long does it take to build the first agent?

Two weeks from kickoff to live. Our agents are built on Zib's own framework, we're not architecting from scratch each time, we're configuring proven infrastructure to your stack and your data.

What tools and stacks do you build into?

We're tech-agnostic. CMS: WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Sanity, Contentful, Ghost. CRM: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho. Models: Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini. Orchestration: n8n, Zapier, Make, custom Node. If your stack isn't here, ask, we've probably built into it.

How much does it really cost to run an agent?

API usage is yours, we don't mark it up. A Content agent producing 20 long-form posts a month typically runs $40–$120 in model costs. Reporting and Lead-qual agents are usually under $50/mo. We size the budget honestly during scoping.

What if I outgrow the partnership?

That's the goal. By month nine to twelve, most clients are running their agents day-to-day with us as a sounding board. We're happy to step back to a quarterly check-in or hand over fully, the agent is yours either way.

Is my data safe?

Agents live in your environment, behind your auth. We sign NDAs as standard, scope data access tightly, and use enterprise-tier model providers with no-training data agreements. We can also build into self-hosted models if you're regulated.

Can I add or remove agents over time?

Yes. Most clients start with one agent, add a second within four months, and a third by month nine. Operator and Scale tiers include agents at a flat per-agent rate. Decommissioning an agent is simple, we hand you a wind-down doc and remove the integration.

What's the difference between this and Managed AI?

Managed AI = we run agents in our environment, you focus on the business. AI Partner = we build agents in your environment, you own them. Managed is faster to launch and lower-touch. Partner is slower upfront but builds an asset on your balance sheet. More on Managed AI →
