Do I have to invest upfront?

Yes. There's a fee to secure your franchise, which covers the licence, legal, comprehensive training and operational onboarding. You'll also want working capital to cover set-up costs and the ramp period before sales compound.

Do I need a digital marketing background?

No. Most of our most successful partners came in with no digital history. What matters is business acumen, the ability to engage a small business owner or an executive, and a hunger to build. Zib's 100+ specialist production team handles the digital expertise, you focus on relationships.

Is training provided?

Yes. A structured onboarding program blends digital learning modules, introductions to every specialist department, a full walk-through of the Zib sales process, and strategic sessions to build your business plan and sales targets. Ongoing access to our senior operators as long as you're a partner.

Is the revenue model recurring or upfront?

Both. You share in upfront revenue from new clients and in all monthly billing for the life of each client. Recurring revenue compounds with past sales activity and client retention, that's what sets this apart from a typical sales role. You build an asset, not a pay cheque.

Where do the leads come from?

You and your team. Any business that wants to grow is our client, the total addressable market is every SME and enterprise in the country. We actively encourage partners to run their own marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Zib team, on top of the direct sales, relationship and referral engine.

Do I have to handle billing and collections?

No. Zib's finance team operates all billing on your behalf, monthly invoicing, debt collection, and distribution of your share. Clients pay monthly in advance, which is why Zib runs with virtually no creditors. You focus on selling and relationships.

Can I build a team under the franchise?

Yes. Most partners plan a growth strategy that adds salespeople once volume justifies it. Many of our most senior partners run multi-person sales teams today and earn on everything their team closes. It's a natural evolution and a logical career path.
